RECORDING POSTED: How can I pull old customer names onto my email mailing list?

Jim recently got this question from a newsletter reader. "I constantly get new clients from my eBay business and I am wondering how to build a mailing list from these and my past members. Can I extract their email and names from my gmail/paypal account to build my mailing list?

I can tell you that once you have a mailing list you will wonder why you didn't start growing your list sooner. It's like being able to print money whenever you need it!
